Anthony J.
Cotton for appointment to the rank of general, and assignment as commander, Air Force Global Strike Command, Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana.
Cotton is currently serving as deputy commander, Air Force Global Strike Command, Barksdale AFB, Louisiana.
