Geo-target issued for woman missing from Sydney's south

Police have issued a geo-targeted message as they appeal for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's south.

Tasia Diniotis, aged 89, was last seen at an aged care facility in Woolcott Street, Earlwood, about 5pm today (Monday 2 January 2023)

When she could not be located and family could not get in contact with her, she was reported missing to officers from Burwood Police Area Command, who commenced an investigation into her whereabouts.

Family and police hold serious concerns for her welfare due to medical conditions that require treatment.

Tasia is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, with black hair and brown eyes.

She is known to frequent the Canterbury, Hurlstone Park and Earlwood areas.

Anyone who sees Tasia or has any information regarding his location is urged to contact Hawkesbury police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
