A girl has been charged following an alleged assault earlier this week.
About 4.15pm on Tuesday 21 October 2025, emergency services responded to reports of an assault at Rouse Hill Metro Station.
Officers attached to Police Transport Command North West responded and were told a group of five teenagers approached a woman not known to them and allegedly assaulted her.
The woman then got on a train and the group has allegedly continued to assault her.
The 18-year-old woman was provided assistance by members of the public and was later treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics for non-life-threatening injuries.
An investigation into the incident was commenced.
Following inquiries, about 2pm yesterday (Thursday 23 October 2025), police arrested a 12-year-old girl at an address in Lalor Park.
She was taken to Blacktown Police Station where she was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault.
The girl was granted conditional bail to appear at a children's court on Friday 7 November 2025.
Investigations are continuing.
