Goulburn Mulwaree Council is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Robert (Rob) Hughes as the new Director of Assets and Operations, effective Monday 3 November.
Rob's journey with Council is a testament to his dedication, commitment, and leadership. He began his career with Council on 4 January 1993 as an apprentice horticulturist and has since worked his way through a variety of operational and management roles. Over the years, Rob has earned the respect of colleagues and community members alike for his professionalism, local knowledge, and passion for delivering high-quality services.
Rob said, "I am proud to be appointed as Director of Assets and Operations. Having started my career with Council, I am deeply committed to ensuring we continue to provide reliable services and maintain the essential infrastructure that supports the needs of our community."
