Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Graeme Piggott.
The 42-year-old is wanted on warrants after failing to appear at court for assault and driving offences.
Investigators have released an image of Piggott in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Piggott is described as 175cm tall with dark hair.
It is believed he may be frequenting the Werribee and Laverton areas.
