Mandurah Detectives are investigating an aggravated armed robbery offence that occurred in Greenfields in the early hours of this morning, Wednesday 9 October 2019.
At about 3:30am, a man entered a residence on Forrest Way armed with a knife and his face covered.
A brief struggle occurred between the man and the 80-year-old female occupant who received a minor hand injury. The offender fled on foot with the victim's mobile phone and some personal items.
The offender is described as being aged in his teens to early 20s, with dark skin and a slim build. He was wearing dark clothing.
Detectives are urging anyone who was in the area, or has dash-cam footage taken in the Greenfields area around the above time, is asked to come forward.
