Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Gregory Prigg.
The 48-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court for deception offences.
Prigg is described as Caucasian in appearance, a medium build and short brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Bentleigh and Dandenong areas.
Investigators have released an image of Prigg in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
