Griffith Business Playbook Launches Workshop Series

Local businesses are invited to strengthen their skills and future-proof their operations through The Griffith Business Playbook, a free practical workshop series delivered in collaboration between Griffith City Council, Griffith Business Chamber and Griffith Women in Business.

Developed in direct response to the Griffith Business Survey, the series focuses on the areas local business owners identified as most critical to remaining sustainable and competitive in today's environment.

Each chapter has been designed to stand alone, while together forming a complete and practical business toolkit to build confidence, capability and long-term resilience.

Chapter 1 - Brand as a Business Asset

The first workshop, presented by Nehma Vitols, explores how brand goes beyond a logo and instead shapes how customers experience a business every day. Participants will gain clarity around what their business stands for and learn how to confidently communicate their value in person, in the community and online.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Clarify what their business stands for
  • Communicate their value with confidence
  • Align their brand with customer experience

Chapter 1 workshop, Brand as a Business Asset, will be held on Tuesday 31 March from 6pm to 8.30pm at the Gem Function Centre.

The Griffith Business Playbook continues with two additional workshops shaped by survey feedback.

Chapter 2 focuses on customer service, equipping business owners with practical strategies to deliver consistent, positive experiences that build loyalty, reputation and repeat business.

Chapter 3 supports business owners to better understand their financials, breaking down key reports in plain language to build confidence around cash flow, performance and informed decision making.

These sessions build on the foundation of Chapter 1 and support business owners to strengthen everyday operations across their business.

Who should attend:
