Are you feeling stressed or stuck? Are you looking for a quiet weekend activity to reset your mood?
On Saturday 17 May, Hawkesbury Library Service is running an introductory guided meditation session.
Presented by Simran Mangat from the School of Meditation & Mindfulness, this 1.5hr workshop will provide a gentle introduction to meditation techniques.
Meditation has been shown to reduce stress, enhance productivity, improve mood and sleep patterns, and increase focus in daily life. No experience or skills are required, just an open mind.
