Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Haci Pak.
The 43-year-old is wanted on warrants after failing to appear at court for stalking offences and contravening a court order.
Pak is known to frequent the South Melbourne, Port Melbourne, Albert Park and St Kilda areas.
Investigators have released an image of Pak in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Pak is 180cm tall with a thin build and black hair.
