Halloween Returns To Majors Bay Road

Majors Bay Road will come alive with ghosts, ghouls and plenty of family fun when Halloween on Majors Bay Road returns to Concord on Saturday, 31 October.

Running from 2-7pm, the popular festival will transform the town centre with music, face painting, fortune telling, children's workshops, a haunted house and plenty more.

"Halloween on Majors Bay Road is always a fantastic event, with families dressing up, enjoying the entertainment and making the most of everything Concord has to offer," City of Canada Bay Mayor Michael Megna said.

"There will be plenty happening throughout the afternoon, so I encourage everyone to get creative with their costumes, bring the family along and enjoy a frightfully good time."

Mayor Megna said the festival was also an important opportunity to support the many local businesses that make Majors Bay Road such a vibrant town centre.

"Events like this bring thousands of people into our local centres to support our shops, cafés and restaurants," he said.

"Halloween isn't just about the costumes and entertainment - it's also a chance to grab a meal, enjoy a coffee, do some shopping and support the wonderful local businesses along Majors Bay Road.

"Our local businesses are a big part of what makes Concord such a great place, and I encourage everyone coming to the festival to make an evening of it and show them some support."
