Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Harley Arif.
The 27-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to attend court whilst on bail, following alleged drug trafficking and possession of drugs and stolen goods offences.
Arif is described as 174cm tall, of thin build with brown hair and brown eyes.
Investigators have released an image of Arif in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne, Windsor, Carlton, Southbank and Toorak areas.
Anyone who sights Arif is asked not to approach him and to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
