Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Harold Jolly.
The 25-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to assault incidents.
Jolly is described as 180cm tall, with a medium build, has short strawberry blond hair and was last known to have a beard.
Investigators have released an image of Jolly in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is known to frequent the Sunshine, Tottenham and Melbourne CBD areas.
