Higher Logic today announced a new office in Sydney, Australia, the company’s first international location. The new location enables the company to efficiently service current customers and address the rapidly growing demand for its cloud-based customer engagement platforms and services across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

Centrally located in the heart of downtown Sydney, the new Higher Logic office address is Suite 1201, 32 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia. The Sydney office has already filled positions across sales, services, implementation, and support, and is positioned for growth to fully support existing and new customers.
The Sydney team will be led by newly appointed Country Manager and Australia native Robert Barnes. With extensive experience driving results for companies, associations, and not-for-profits, Barnes will help grow Higher Logic’s APAC market in this innovative hub and put the company closer to its 85+ APAC customers. Before Higher Logic, Barnes held leadership roles with Intuit, Aptify, and multiple associations across Asia Pacific.

Higher Logic’s Sydney team will kick off its expansion at this week’s CEO & Chair Symposium by Association Forum, at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre 31 January – 1 February. A premium sponsor, Higher Logic will join executives from associations, charities, and not-for-profit organizations for two days of networking and thought leadership presentations. Barnes will present a session on creating the ultimate member experience on Thursday, 31 January, at 3:30pm.
