The WA Police State Crime Operations Squad has charged a male person in relation to a sexual assault offence committed in Bunbury in November 2007.
Police will alleged the then 32 year old woman was walking along Blair Street in the early hours of November 25, 2007, when a male person grabbed her from behind and forced her into nearby bushes where he sexually assaulted her., WA Police say
As a result of a review of the case this year by detectives attached to the State Crime Operations Squad a 53 year old Morley man has been charged with the following offence;
•1 x Sexual Penetration Without Consent
The man has been bailed to appear in the Bunbury Magistrates Court on October 6, 2016.
