HKU reminds university members to abide by law

Recent developments on university campuses in the territory remind us that Hong Kong respects the rule of law. The University of Hong Kong firmly believes that both students and staff members understand that abiding by the law is a civic responsibility. The University does not condone the violation or attempted violation of the law. The University respects the freedom of expression and we believe that everyone should conform with and respect the law and that each person must bear the consequences of his/her words and actions.
