Police are investigating the death of a man following a wounding incident at Railway Estate this morning.
Around 4.50am, police were called to a residence at Eleventh Avenue following reports a man had been stabbed.
A man in his later thirties was declared deceased at the scene a short time later.
A crime scene was declared and police investigations are ongoing.
