The Horrocks Highway is closed to traffic in both directions after a serious crash near Rhynie this afternoon, according to SA Police.
Two cars collided on Horrocks Highway near Rubbish Tip Road a couple of kilometres north of the township of Rhynie just before 5pm on Tuesday 21 March.
Two people are being airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with serious injuries.
Major Crash investigators are attending the scene to assist with the investigation into the crash.
The Highway will remain closed for several hours until the scene examination is complete. Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
