Police found two cannabis plants and dismantled a hydroponic set-up in a Dapto property on Friday.
Officers from Lake Illawarra Local Area Command attended a home on Compton Street just before 6.30pm following investigations into the alleged cultivation of cannabis.
The police search allegedly discovered a hydroponic cannabis set-up in the garden shed.
Police seized two cannabis plants and an amount of cannabis head from the shed.
A 37-year-old man will be charged by way of Future Service Court Attendance Notice for the offences of cultivation and supply and possession of a prohibited drug, with a court date to be determined.
