The strategy is underpinned by four priorities: Customer Obsession, Insurance Excellence, Future Fit Operations and Exceptional People.
Mr Hawkins said technology, data and artificial intelligence would play an increasingly important role in helping IAG deliver better customer experiences and operate more efficiently.
