The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) has updated the International Development Committee about ICAI.
We continue to undertake the recruitment for the new set of Commissioners for phase 4. To ensure there is no gap in ICAI's crucial role scrutinising UK aid spending, the FCDO is extending phase 3 of ICAI to the end of June 2024.
All 3 current commissioners will be continuing in their roles until the end of June 2024:
- Dr Tamsyn Barton (chief commissioner)
- Sir Hugh Bayley (part-time commissioner)
- Tarek Rouchdy (part-time commissioner)
