Image released as inquiries into assault and robbery - Leppington

Officers from Camden Police Area Command continue their inquiries into the assault and robbery of a man in Leppington earlier this year.

About 2am on Thursday 5 September 2019, a number of men were attempting to break into vehicles parked along Jamboree Avenue, Leppington.

A resident of Jamboree Avenue noticed the men and approached. The men turned on the resident and assaulted him with a metal pole.

He suffered lacerations and severe bruising and was taken to Campbelltown Hospital for treatment.

Anyone who may know the identity of the man depicted in the image should contact detectives at Camden Police Area Command.

Two juveniles have been arrested and charged over the incident.
