Council has contracted RD Miller Pty Ltd to undertake upgrade works to Highdale Carpark, Berridale. These works include heavy vehicle parking, school bus parking and general parking arrangements for access to the business premises along Berridale CBD.
The proposed works include:
• Formalised parking (including disabled space)
• New kerb and gutter
• Stormwater
• Safety islands
• Footpaths
• Landscaping
RD Miller hopes to undertake these works with as little disruption to the normal daily routine as possible, however, residents and shop owners will experience some noise and limited access to their premises at times. RD Miller will make every effort to communicate with local business owners and residents before work commences that may disrupt services commences.
Works are programmed to start on Monday 8 November 2021, with works to take place between 7am - 5pm on weekdays only. There will be no works over weekends or public holidays.
