Midland Police have arrested a 22-year-old man as a result of their extensive investigation into an incident that occurred in Midvale on 29 July 2018.
It is alleged the man exposed himself to two teenage girls who were playing on Hooley Road. He attempted to start a conversation with them whilst committing an indecent act. The girls ran away and the matter was reported to police, WA Police say.
The man from Lockridge has been charged with:-
•One count of Aggravated Indecent Dealing of a Children between 13 years and 16 years; and
•Three counts of Stealing.
He is due to appear before the Midland Magistrates Court on 18 September 2018.
