Information sought after man kidnapped, assaulted at Doonside, NSW

Detectives investigating the kidnapping and assault of a man at Doonside last month have released images of a station wagon they are seeking to identify and locate, NSW Police say.

A 34-year-old man has told police he was forced into a white station wagon about 9pm on Friday 14 September 2018, by three men and driven to a house in Doonside where he was assaulted over for several hours.

He was later driven to Richmond where he managed to escape and alert police.

The man required hospital treatment for a head laceration and other injuries.

Detectives from Blacktown Police Area Command have released images of the white station wagon as they continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.

They would like to speak to anyone with information that may be able to assist them.
