Perth Detectives are seeking the public's assistance for information about an incident that occurred around 1.30am in Northbridge on Sunday, 4 April 2021.
A substance similar to pepper spray was released into the air on the upper dance floor area of a nightclub located on James Street which resulted in a large number of people being affected by the substance to varying degrees, including breathing difficulties and irritation to the eyes.
