Inquiries continue after man robbed at knifepoint - Narellan

Inquiries continue after a man was threatened with a knife and robbed at Narellan overnight.

About 11pm (Saturday 23 November 2019), a 38-year-old man was walking home along Camden Valley Way after leaving work at a Narellan shopping centre, when he was robbed by a man, armed with a knife.

Police have been told that the armed man asked for the time before producing a knife and threatening the other man. He stole the man's mobile phone and fled on foot.

Officers from Camden Police Area Command have commenced an investigation and are appealing for public assistance to identify a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.

The man is described as being Caucasian appearance, aged in his late teens, about 175cm to 180cm tall, of a slim build, with short dark hair, and clean shaven.

At the time, he was wearing a patterned blue shirt and denim jeans.

Anyone with information or any motorists who were in the area and may have dashcam footage, is urged to contact police.
