Albany Detectives continue to investigate the serious incident that occurred on Stirling Terrace, Albany in the early hours of Sunday 18 July 2021.
As a result of their inquiries a 30-year-old man from Lockyer was charged with:
• Acts or Omissions, with intent to harm, that are likely to, or do, endanger life, health or safety; and
• Being armed in a way that may cause fear.
He is due to reappear in the Albany Magistrates Court on 19 August 2021.
Albany Detectives are continuing to locate and interview further nominated persons involved in the incident.
