Isobel Coleman, Deputy Administrator of USAID, Meets Canadian Deputy Minister

Today, Deputy Administrator Coleman met with Christopher MacLennan, Deputy Minister for International Development of Global Affairs Canada (GAC), who also serves as Canada's G20 Sherpa. They discussed a range of topics including, the localization agenda, food security, gender equality, and G20 collaboration.

Deputy Administrator Coleman expressed appreciation for Canada's endorsement of the joint donor statement released at the Global Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation Summit in Geneva last December. She also noted the importance of USAID-Canada collaboration in the Indo-Pacific.
