If you go down to the Old Cheese Factory on Friday 8 April you'll never believe your eyes. For every bear that ever there was, will gather there for certain because that's the day the teddy bears have their picnic.
To be held from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm, come join us for adventures, music, entertainment and activities for kids aged 2 to 10 and their teddies.
Hey Dee Ho Music will be on the main stage leading little groovers in song and dance, while Federation University runs a teddy bear hospital, giving kids the opportunity to check their teddy's health.
Kids can also get creative in the art space with Bunnings or visit the bear block party and build their own creation with Duplo and Lego blocks.
Self-guided bear hunts through the gardens will also keep kids and their teddy's up and active throughout the day. Entry is $2 for kids under 10 years old.
Family and friends are welcome to pack a picnic or order a lunch pack from the onsite Homestead Café. There will be both kid-sized and adult-sized lunch packs available.
