It's not too late to complete your Census

Census night was Tuesday 10 August, but there's still time to complete. Remember, every person in Australia (with the exception of foreign diplomats and their families) must participate. This includes international students and visa holders.

Data from the 2021 Census will be more important than ever, providing valuable insights for all of us into how the pandemic has changed life in our community and throughout Australia, and will help plan our recovery.

We encourage you to jump online and complete your Census today. If you haven't received your Census instructions or have misplaced your letter you can still complete now - go to www.census.abs.gov.au, select 'Start the Census' and choose the 'Get a Census Number'. You can also request a paper form by calling 1800 512 441.

All personal information collected is kept safe and is not shared with anyone. You and your family can't be identified by the information you put on your Census.

Where local COVID restrictions allow, face-to-face help is also available. This help includes fill in the form and information sessions at local libraries and community centres.
