Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 23-year-old man Jackson Chetcuti.
Warrants have been issued for the arrest of the Ararat man in relation to assault related offences.
Chetcuti is known to frequent Ararat and surrounding areas.
He is Caucasian in appearance with a fair complexion, about 180cm tall, slim build with short brown hair and brown eyes.
Chetcuti has several distinctive tattoos including a pistol on the right side of his stomach, the words 'King of Kings' on his back, a skull on his left forearm and the words 'Eskimo King' on his right hand.
Investigators have released an image of Chetcuti in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
