Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jamil Reshadatian.
A warrant has been issued for the 45-year-old man's arrest in relation to sexual assault.
Investigators have released an image of Reshadatian in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Reshadatian is 170cm tall with short black hair, blue eyes and has black facial hair.
It is believed he may be frequenting Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs.
