Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Frankston man Jeffrey Visser.
A warrant was issued after the 44-year-old failed to appear at court in regard to possess a prohibited weapon, possess cannabis and criminal damage.
Investigators have released an image of Visser in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
