Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jesse Clausen.
Five warrants have been issued for the 28-year-old's arrest in relation to assault, criminal damage and driving offences.
He is described as 185cm tall, medium build, has ginger hair and a beard.
Police have released an image of Clausen in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Clausen is known to frequent the Hampton, Dandenong and Moorabbin areas.
