Johns Hopkins affiliates helped make this holiday season brighter for more than 700 children, families, and seniors in Baltimore through the annual holiday gift drive, which wrapped up with a festive distribution gathering at Johns Hopkins at Eastern on Dec. 17. Thanks to the generosity of the Johns Hopkins community and the efforts of the Government, Community, and Economic Partnerships team, Johns Hopkins partnered with more than 20 community organizations to provide holiday gifts for local residents.
"We are grateful to work alongside the many impactful community organizations in Baltimore—both during the holiday season and throughout the year—to support our neighbors,"said Redonda Miller, president of Johns Hopkins Hospital. "Thanks to the incredible generosity of our Johns Hopkins teams, we are able to make the holidays a little brighter for families across the city."
