Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Jordan Cook.
The 20-year-old is wanted on a number of warrants for burglary, assault and bail related offences.
He is described as 165cm tall, with a slim build, dark brown hair and a pale complexion.
Investigators have released an image of Cook in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, as well as the western and northern suburbs.
