Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Justin Delamere.
The 30-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court for traffic-related offences.
He is known to frequent the Hoppers Crossing and Werribee areas.
Investigators have released an image of Delamere in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
