Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Justin Moore.
The 28-year-old is wanted on warrants in relation to multiple theft offences and failing to answer bail.
Moore is approximately 180cm tall, thin build, brown hair and a distinctive tattoo on his neck saying 'MOB'.
Investigators have released an image of Moore in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Moore is known to frequent Melbourne.
