Construction update
Work is continuing steadily with progress across the site.
Internal walls are now going up for the internal amenities and stores area in the sports court area, and the external walls are progressing with cladding.
The spa tiling is now complete and internal wall framing is continuing for the warm water pool and spa, quiet studio and consult suites.
Steel framing installation is complete for the 25-metre and learn-to-swim pools.
In the fitness and gym spaces, block walls are now finished for the internal amenities.
The concrete slab structure for the upper-level plant room has been poured.
Plumbing and electrical installations are underway throughout key areas of the building.
