Kilo of meth seized at Paralowie, South Australia

A Paralowie man was arrested after police located a kilogram of methamphetamine during a search yesterday.

About 11am on Saturday 20 April, Northern District police and detectives conducted a search of a Paralowie home and allegedly found approximately one kilogram of methamphetamine and knuckledusters.

The seized methamphetamine equals 10,000 street deals.

A 23-year-old Paralowie man was arrested and charged with trafficking in a large commercial quantity of a controlled drug and possessing a prohibited weapon. He was refused police bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Tuesday 23 April.
