Council advises that construction works will commence on Kinghorne Street, Goulburn, between Hoskins Street and Albert Street from 22 January 2026 with an expected completion date 12 February 2026, weather permitting.
Works will include site preparation, earthworks, drainage, kerb and gutter installation, pavement works, and line marking. Construction will be carried out between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. These upgrades are funded through the Roads to Recovery Program and Goulburn Mulwaree Council.
Please be advised that Kinghorne Street between Hoskins Street and Albert Street will be closed, with a detour in place. Please see the detour plan contained in the image within this article. Resident and emergency services access will be maintained. There will be an increase in construction traffic and noise during this period, and traffic management measures will be in place.
