Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Kylan Jones.
The 20-year-old is wanted on warrant for criminal damage.
Jones is described as 181cm tall, thin build, black hair, a moustache and spacers in both lobes.
He is known to frequent the Wodonga, Shepparton and Fitzroy areas.
Investigators have released an image of Jones in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
