Narrandera Shire Council
Land owners throughout Narrandera Shire will receive a 'Notice of Valuation' in the mail over the coming months. These notices are issued by the Valuer General NSW who is responsible for setting land values and are to inform the property owner of the newly calculated land value as at 1 July 2022.
The new land value on the notice will be applied by Council to calculate the land rates for the 2023-2024 financial year in July 2023.
Land owners have the opportunity to object to the new land valuation by lodging an application with the Valuer General within 60 days of the notice date.
