Large cannabis crop found in Crafers West - man arrested, SA

A man has been arrested after a large amount of cannabis plants were found at a Crafers West property yesterday, according to SA Police.


Police went to the Emmett Road property just before 5pm on Sunday 28 May after receiving information that cannabis was being grown at the house.

Officers found more than 50 plants and a large amount of dried cannabis inside the premises, along with hydroponic equipment.

An occupant of the house, a 58-year-old Crafers West man will face charges of trafficking a commercial quantity of cannabis.
