Leading local development team launches new Noosa apartment project

The team behind the hugely successful $200m Parkridge Noosa mixed use residential development have released their next Noosa based project which is already receiving strong interest from both owner occupiers and investors.

Local developer Altum Property Group, award winning architect Blackburne Jackson and leading marketing and sales agency Three Sixty Property Group have launched The Whitely, 54 stunning residences located at 99-105 Eumundi Road Noosa.

The Whitely Noosa sales manager Jeremy Gilmore from 360 Property Group said he was delighted to secure such a well appointed location for the next Noosa based development.

“Our previous project Parkridge Noosa is now done and dusted and it has been a great success, selling all 180 residences was a phenomenal achievement and well ahead of our forecast schedule.

“We are really excited with this new residential project and to be back working with Altum Property Group and Blackburne Jackson is an absolute pleasure. The Sunshine Coast property market, and Noosa in particular is on fire at the moment with no sign of slowing down so we expect demand to be very strong for this new project,” Jeremy said.

The Whitely includes 54 two and three bedroom units across 12 terrace homes and 42 residences with prices commencing at $740,000.

“These designs are impeccable and take full advantage of their location which includes a spacious pool with an outdoor lounge area surrounded in lush tropical landscaping. All apartments are walk up so there’s no need for lifts which helps keep body corporate fees competitive against similar sized projects.

“The location is also very convenient with local schools, hospital, employment areas, retailers cafes and restaurants as well as a brewery all within close proximity. The world class Noosa River is less than a kilometre away which means easy access to great swimming and fishing as well as walking and cycle tracks which lead all the way onto the iconic Hastings Street,” Jeremy added.

The Whitely is expected to commence construction in the second quarter of 2022.
