Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Lee Windsor.
A warrant has been issued for the 33-year-olds arrest in relation assault matters.
Windsor is believed to be frequent the St Albans, Kings Park, Sunshine areas.
He is described as approximately 170cm tall, with a medium build, dark blond shaved hair and a fair complexion.
Investigators have released an image of Windsor in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
