We understand our community values peace and quiet.
That's why our local laws clearly state that construction and building works can only take place during specific hours - Monday to Friday from 7am - 6pm and Saturday from 9am - 3pm.
Any work required outside of these times must have out-of-hours permit approved by Council, which has the power to enforce all regulations.
If you notice construction work happening outside of these allowed hours, you can report it online.
We value your feedback to ensure compliance and encourage residents to submit complaints where construction and building works are occurring outside of permitted hours.
When submitting a complaint, you will need evidence and provide your name for the matter to be enforced by Council.
Anonymous complaints can be made, however, we will only be able to educate the offender rather than use enforcement.
