Loved Playground At Stud Park Damaged By Vandals

On Saturday 6 June the playground at Stud Park was severely damaged by vandals.

Council officers attended the site along with Police and Fire Services Victoria.

A cleanup of the site is underway, although a small area will need to be fenced for safety while we wait for replacement equipment.

Many parts of the playground will soon be back open for play including the shelters, BBQ, swings, spinners, trampoline and sandpit. The rear playground area, including the flying fox and swings is still available.

You can find other local playgrounds on our website , there are accessible playgrounds at Wally Tew Reserve and Marie Wallace Bayswater Reserve.

We will provide up to date information on our website as we know more about next steps for Stud Park playground.
