On Thursday 2 september, Maaike Lycklama à Nijeholt acted as keynote speaker at the behaviorl risk conference in Utrecht. She did this together with Desiree Meurs, researcher at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. The conference took place in Pathé in Leidsche Rijn. The theme of the conference was "innovative surveillance and tools". Maaike Lycklama and Desiree Meurs gave a presentation on the role that soft controls play in innovative supervision.
